I am a Masters level professional counselor in North Seattle providing services to those in the Ballard, Bothell, Edmonds, Everett, Kenmore, Kirkland, Lake City, Lake Forest Park, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Mountlake Terrace, Northgate, Shoreline and Snohomish areas. 

While in graduate school, I encountered a verse which states: "The purposes of man's heart are deep waters, but a man of understanding draws them out." (Proverbs 20:5, NIV)  Over the years, this verse has continued to impress upon me the wisdom of building deep and trusting relationships with clients to further compel them toward the road to change.  I offer a safe and non-judgmental forum to provide hope and healing.

I adhere to an eclectic blend of Christian Counseling, drawing upon attachment, family systems and cognitive-behavioral theories.  We will spend time discussing current and previous relationships and how these may block your ability to grow. 

I also employ concrete challenges and suggestions to enable your progress.  My approach involves challenging you to institute change in your life rather than simply being a passive listener.
